Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original silver-foil wrapping.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup through our portal.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
